I titled this post with a hashtag. If you are familiar with twitter, then you know that everytime you see a word with a hastag, (number sign) it is a recurring theme on twitter. It will show up over and over in the twitter stream and start to trend, and for everyone using it, it has a special meaning. Thus, #GodLove.
God's love is the most recurring theme in my life. It can show up and change any circumstance or situation. Sometimes His love washes over me in powerful ways that make me fall to my knees and other times, I hear His love in the voices of my husband or children. Whatever the situation, when I sense God's love for me, I feel valuable and precious. #GodLove
I recently went through a rough season in my life and a group of women who I meet with on a regular basis for Bible study and prayer, allowed the love of God to flow through them to minister to me. They let themselves be instruments who He used to show me that He still sings over me!! Each woman, in their own way, has made me feel special and precious. #GodLove
Do you know, I even feel His love when I pick fresh herbs out of my garden and put them in the pot to cook with dinner! #GodLove And when there are absolutely no sunflowers any where near where I live, but a sunflower grows in the middle of my yard! He knows that I'm over the moon about sunflowers! #GodLove
Don't ever doubt that He cares for you, is wild about you! He delights over you and sees you just the way He created you. He looks past our flaws and shortcomings and if we ask, He'll wash them away. We are worth Jesus to Him! Now that's #GodLove!
